(update) After a bad experience I looked and thought and after talking to different staff I can say that my opinion has heavly changed , the manager I talked to when I first came was rude and dismissed me and my order but after calling back and talking with a more senior manager who I can tell likes his job and want to do a good job that I purely had a one off with someone in a bad head space he really made up for it in just conversation and I appreciate that and it's all I wanted from the beginning. And the food lol. But if I had todo it again I will and would have waited till today to post my original review instead of letting one employee dictate the entire restaurant . But do not let me underscore that the first manager I talked to who was just out side smoking did not help and created this issue and situation. The second one made the world of difference by just being understand and communicating to me what going on and what todo and I appreciate it .

First time back in a very long time and it was not good. Should have turned around when we heard the guy say food was not good. Hashbrowns were cold, dry and undercooked on one side and crispy on the other. Toast was cold and tuff. Bacon was see through, lol, no flavor. Took about 10 mins to got drink order and over 30 mins to get our food. Will never go back.
