Without being gastronomic, the cuisine offered in this establishment is very correct. Unlike what we were able to read elsewhere the boss was very affable and friendly. It was very hot outside and we received fresh water free at will. 24,50 € for a bottle of aoc white wine are a reasonable price. Simple desserts but real fresh fruit and good baba rum. with an addition of 196 € for 5 people we have beautifully dined.
Very good family restaurant. the couple who owns the case is very kind and attentive, sir makes the kitchen and the service. It's a dear hair, but it's always very good. I recommend a rougail or a massala, but be careful with the taste buds, it stings a bit!
The owner is always charming and welcoming. the kitchen is delicious for a modest price (menu dish entry dessert at 24,50 euros). the inlet assortment is fresh and crispy (inbergine bee, fish samoussa, ara) presented with 3 sauces (chien, coconut, chili pepper.) the fish rougail, parsemé de coriande fresh, is a mixture of exotic aromas. it is a sweet dish that each can spice as it pleases with the sauce provided on the side. I also tasted the smoked chicken, which reminds the chicken boucan of the anantillaise. dessert, mango or banana crusts and sorbets allow you to finish this delicious meal on an exotic note.
En français et English__Bistro Colonial is a Mauritian restaurant, think Indian meets Indonesian and Creole.
