Bricktop Pizza

Easily the best pizza I've had in Paris, including in comparison to two other highly-rated pizzerias that advertise Neapolitan-style pizza.

When we read all the good reviews, we were convinced that they were written by the owner, the staff and their friends. Not only was the natural sourdough crust unbelievable, but the ingredients of the garnish were of the highest quality. my husband ordered the n°1 garnished with tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil (6,50 €). I got it.

Best pizza outside the Italian, and even better than many pizzas in the homeland. fresh and authentic ingredients cooked to perfection in a nice pizza oven creating the characteristic marbrage on the background and the crust you know of these Italian pizzas cooked with wood fire. would travel to bet just for another slice!

Fresh ingredients of high quality, charming omble on pizza and a very tasty beer to accompany it. Very nice to sit outside too.
