Contribuiți la feedbackIt's an old address, almost an institution. the restaurant remains headed by the family; Maybe little kids! this says, it's always very good, we appreciate the rdc, the catererer with very good paninis! upstairs, restaurant service, with some tables; It is small but friendly! For the restaurant, the dishes are always succulent, the service is top! 2 very friendly boys at the service! A small flat is the relatively expensive price; We recommend this restaurant for the quality of its products and services.
As has been pointed out by so many, this is a restaurant you have to know about because it's well hidden. I guess we all read the same review on Messy Nessy, of the 5 hidden gems in Paris.I was the first person to arrive for dinner, and a bit early (I'm American, I get hungry before most French people!) they begin service at 8pm. I was happy to sit in their adorably tiny dining room with a glass of wine. The restaurant filled within the first half hour. Dinner began with a wonderful amuse bouche of truffled pizza bites. Then, the Smoked Burata which was enough for 4 people but I pretty much devoured most of anyway. Just about the most heavenly cheese I've ever put in my mouth! Wonderfully rustic bread sticks! Then, the Risotto with asparagus, pancetta and Parmesan crisps. OMG! Sheer perfection! Dessert was a panna cotta limoncello. A refreshing finale to an unforgettable meal. I was there for almost 2 hours and I think they turned one table. I don't know how they survive but I hope they are around for a long time because I want to definitely revisit on a return trip. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Be sure to make reservations!
A friend shared an internet story on the "5 Secret Restaurants in Paris" so we went in search of this St Germaine gem. You would never know it was there, hidden via a narrow staircase at the back of a little deli. We loved L’Etage de Pastavino and the waiter explained all of the Italian menu to us in English (although I wish they had printed a menu in English because there was too much to remember when making a decision). It truly is Saint Germain’s best-kept secret, we had a great night.
Right next door to the Hotel de Buci, we had an amazing meal at this hidden restaurant. The menu was all in Italian, and the waiter took time to translate everything. If you want to try authentic Italian food while in Paris this is the best spot. Make a reservation! We all had a different pasta dish and all were exceptional.
This a hidden gem, I walked by the restaurant at least 10 times without seeing it, then I googled an Italian restaurant near my hotel. We had to try it based on reviews. This restaurant is quite small so call ahead. It was my two daughters(3 and 10), husband and myself. We wanted to speed through the experience to allow the other couples dining have a nice evening out. Christope was a phenomenal server, took care of everything and sincerly wanted our children to have a nice time as well. Review from the 10 year old.... Great service, great food, jelly fish lights are cool and like the downstairs where you can buy food to go.Review from the husband....I expected it to cost more it was soo good.Review from the 3 year old... Happy Birthday! (No comment but no complaints either)I will go again, but would probably leave the children with a babysitter. 5 stars in our families eyes!!!*** I wrote this review while enjoying my gluten free pasta left overs from last night, still tastes amazing!!
