Le Patio - Paris

Sorry, I was there several times but only for drinks after work. but we came back here because there are really good cocktails Not the tasteless ones found elsewhere without originality) nice "patio" too like a small village square

Very nice place for lunch in Paris. Convenient to the W hotel and a good selection of starters and a nice - albeit small - wine list. The Patio is superb in the summer for outside dining !

My partner and I booked this for New Year's Eve which cost 120 euros each plus drinks.We sat upstairs in a room with a good view of the street and they ran a silent black and white movie on the back wall.We arrived at 21:30 but the service was so slow that at 1:30, 4 hours later we still had not had our desert, having waited about 30-45 minutes between each course, and left.We kept chasing but the waiter just shook his hands. The food was as good as you would expect at that price but not a wow. Midnight came as a non-event really as they played pop music until a 6 seconds countdown that we could hardly hear before midnight. They could have switched to a live tv feed 10 mins before new year to make more of it.There was dancing on the small dance floor in the basement but we didn't get to that as we hadn't finished our meal.The worst thing was that there was no management of the situation, no apology. When I raised it at paying the bill they offered a glass of champagne. It was too little too late so we declined.So all in all very disappointing and one to be avoided I think.

Weather was not great so came across this fine restaurant by error. Very welcoming despite being in jeans and trainers as we had been touring Paris all day.Good wine and the steak was very good. Attentive and very different being outside yet feeling inside.

So I have returned from Paris just last night and just felt I needed to share this great little restaurant with you all! Paris is such a big city and there are so many eating places to chose from. We stayed in the Opera region and this restaurant was recommended by the staff at our hotel. Blink and you would miss the entrance to this place but the. Your taken through to the open air court yard,and it just has a great feel about it. We didn't understand all the menu but the restaurant manager read through each dish. We had tuna to start and pasta and beef dishes for main and shared a beautiful chocolate desert! All amazing! A nice touch was the old movie projected on to the wall. All I can say is great food, lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff! Try it!!
