Le Gymnase - Paris

This restaurant was only a few hundred metres from our hotel and we called in to try a snack. We (4 people) were so impressed with the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff, many of whom spoke English, that we returned a...further three times. Would recommend for breakfast, snacks and evening meal.

A authentic, out_of_the time parisian bistro, with a family ambiance and fine products: according to my son, the best burger in Montparnasse and for the rest of us, home made dishes from a classic menu, with outstanding products.

All I can say is if you want a wonderful speck, cheese hamburger and pommes, this is the place to go. patrons around us have tasted other meal times, but we wanted that! great service and we have even desserts! if they are in the... area, enjoy them!

If you are in the quarter of Montparnasse, please take the time to recover and enjoy a typical pariser bistro, which are rooted from the cantal back when most parisers belonged to people from this country side area. eating is absolutely delicious...and so fresh with the classic, but also plat du jour the most time excellent. drinks are good and affordable. the brot is absolutely delicious and delivered by a very famous bakery around the corner.

A wonderfully comfortable brasserie with great trips, a customizable menu, fast service and well made food. our family of 5 ate here twice during the stay in the neighbourhood, and fully enjoyed it every time.
