Le George - Paris

We came here on the Sunday where most shops were closed. The presidential election was on this same day so it was hard to find something open. The service was quick however the food took awhile to come out. The French onion soup was amazing, not too salty and cheesy. The beef tartare serving was huge and it was okay but I've had better. Great position of this bistro which is a short stroll to the banks of the Seine

We had a great meal and always love the view. Friends of mine went a few weeks later and didn't share the same opinion. They did love the view.

When the eating is rather simple (but good) as in all costes restaurants, the view is really amazing. you have a feeling of beeing a french pigeon flying throught the city roofs. better to go their when the weather permits to stay on the terrace. it's better to reserve in advance.
