La Chine Masséna - Paris

Upon entering the restaurant we were hustled to leave the place by some old man who were saying something about 6 o’clock although there were plenty of people inside. Looks like if you are a foreigner you won’t be welcomed here.

Went there on a sunday at lunch time. The fried rice was not great (though our 2-year old loved it), the roast-duck was not well cut with too many bones, but the dim-sum and shrimp wantan noodle soup were great. over, the service was friendly...and super-fast. We were on a tight schedule and Chine Massena delivered exactly what we needed.

We had a very bad experience in this restaurant. the service was as horrible

The food was at best mediocre to mediocre with small portions for the price. The service was also poor. Roasted meats were too cooked and dry. When we complained that the duck was poorly prepared and asked the director, the staff said that no director was present. Finally, the director appeared and tried to redeem himself. At that time, everything we wanted to do was to leave as quickly as possible. fodors has noted this restaurant, but we were all four very disappointed.

After having sailed with the car in chinatown on a rainy Sunday, we finally found a parking lot. We take the elevator and surprise, we find ourselves in a great, lively Chinese restaurant, perfect. We loved food and the atmosphere.
