Borgo Cafe - Paranaque Pilipinas

Went here to celebrate my mother's birthday. The Quattro pasta was good. The Arroz Mixto, which was their spin on the paella, was very tasty but a little disappointing due to the lack of shellfish in spite of the shells in the dish. The highlight was the Butcher's Steak on mashed potato, with the meat we requested to be cooked medium, the meat was cooked as we requested, with a hint of pink on the inside. The texture was tender but still had that little toughness which I liked. My sister and aunt liked it as well. The gravy was good, not to salty, but wasn't really needed for the meat, so we had it on the mashed potato. The soup and salad bar was a nice touch, though don't expect too much on the way of selections, it'd be just enough to get your palate started on your main course(s . Wanted to try the Jack's pork belly barbecue, but was unavailable. The Hiroshima fries was...well...meh : Would definitely like to come back and try their other dishes.

The place is okay.our family had a nice dinner there a couple of weeks ago.

Love their Premium Tapsilog (angus), Quattro Pasta, and ribs! Good brewed coffee and desserts, too! Clean and cozy place. Perfect for barkadas and families

Been here twice. A new tradition for me and my husband to dine here once a month. 2 weeks after the last visit, he was asking me if it had been a month already so we can go back and have a steak again. Below zero degrees beer steak A M A Z I N G!
