The Rotunda - Paramus

Celebrating my mom's 86th Birthday. Such a wonderful experience when Santa showed up and we took some memorable pictures!! Great food, service and ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

Bright cheery spot … windows all around! Very impressed by the excellent service and food. Popovers and chocolate chip cookies are to die for!!

CUSTOMER AT BOTH WHITE PLAINS, NY , SHORT HILLS, NJ AND PARAMUS, NJ LOCATIONS FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS. MOST DISAPPOINTING VISIT ON 05/02/2023 TO PARAMUS, NJ LOCATION. MY GUEST AND I HAD MANY OPTIONS ON WHERE TO DINE FOR LUNCH ON 05/02/23. NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA WAS THE FINAL DECISION DUE TO THE COMPLIMENTARY POPOVERS AND STRAWBERRY BUTTER. THE REASON FOR OUR DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE POPOVERS. THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND BURNT. THE WAITRESS DID BRING OUT A SECOND ORDER AND THIS TIME THE POPOVERS WERE COLD AND UNDERCOOKED. HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT. AT THIS POINT, WE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING FURTHER. IT WAS TOO LATE IN OUR MEAL.....WILL GIVE IT ALOT OF THOUGHT BEFORE RETURNING TO NEIMAN MARCUS ROTUNDA IN PARAMUS, NJ.

We had time to kill before our flight back to Florida so might as well do some Christmas shopping with no sales tax here at the mall. The four of us decided to have a nice bite before we left and decided on the Rotunda on the top of the shopping plaza. Nice quick, happy, service by Jamie, who was all smiles and gave us great attention!!! I had the Neiman cheeseburger which was very good!!! Juicy, grilled perfectly of medium temp, tasty with a nice portion of fries, a chicken salad sandwich which was big enough to share, a chicken and sun dried tomato on a grilled panini, and a chicken salad with orange soufflé . All four lunch dishes were a perfect hit my first time at a Neiman Marcus Rotunda rest and will not be my last!!! Nice Christmas decor all over, nice clean roomy rest. And great service!!! We will be back!!! Merry Christmas!!! ??????

Our waitress forgot our drinks and seemed apathetic to forgetting when I asked about. She also didn't check in with us we got our food, so I didn't even get a chance to ask her for the drinks. I had to try and waive at her for a while to get my bill.
