Tacos Giyo - Paramount

I ordered Menudo, which they serve on Saturdays and Sundays, but they were out when I went in late Sunday afternoon. The staff recommended the goat Birria instead, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it! It even came with a side of Consome juice!

Great tacos! I really enjoy the rice and beans— the rice is soft and fluffy, while the beans are smooth and creamy. The shrimp cocktail was excellent, packed with shrimp and some avocado as well. I definitely like coming here!

The lengua tacos are simply the best! That's all I order when I visit, so I can’t comment on the taste of anything else. I really enjoy the salsas and grilled onions that come on the side as well.

I love Giyo's they are so bomb... one of the ladies that take my order remembers me and always know how many tacos I want and what I like on them.. the staff is very friendly and down to earth which I like.. and they always get my order right.. and their ceviche Is good too. And the prices are very reasonable.. they allow u to call in orders as well ..they have fire places if u like to eat bbn outside .. i never do but it's nice that u can be warm and eat outside.they have grilled onions as well

Great food, fast service. Free condiments! I drive out here all the time to get myself a burrito, and a little bag of spicy carrots/onions.
