Pizza that I ordered came out looking like it sat for days the cheese was dry it was disgusting I don't appreciate display about it. That was messed up the delivery driver seem like she knew my order was a mess and still delivered. The box didn't even have a reciept and my mother was upset about the pizza it looked nothing like the pictures you show. Something needs to be done this wrong.

Been a while since we ate at PH. But i wanted to try the new melts. It looked small in the pictures but its actually decent size. I think about 3 slices equivalent. I really liked it. The outside is crispy and just right. I would suggest an extra marinara cup because that is also so fresh tasting and delicious. But you dont even need it. Also tried a Supreme pizza and it was also very good with with super fresh and thick pieces of veggies.

So much for craving pizza hut on a Friday the 13th just to be beyond disappointed and discouraged to ever order online from this place. My husband placed an online order 2 hours prior (same as one of the reviews below) and even arrived much later than the notification of it being ready for pick up just to show up for them to be confused and saying they didn't receive it on the system. Thankfully we got proof of the order time and confirmation. To top it off, it's just one pizza! And they told him it would take about and hour or so. Over hearing another customer having same issues as well, others requesting refund...they need to check their system and reboot it. Call I.T or someone ASAP.The communication is lost there. They need better management as far as customer service. Why keep accepting orders if they are not going to be ready at the time expected to be ready with plenty of time from ordering to pick up.
