It's your usual Chipotle experience, but it's consistently good!

My experience at this Chipotle the other day was awful. I often visit at night, but this time I went for lunch, and the store manager was not only rude but also made racist comments. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with her; she has overcharged me on two previous occasions as well, despite me ordering the same thing each time. When I pointed out that I was being overcharged recently, she made a comment implying that certain people always expect discounts. I reported this to the complaint line, but they didn't take any action. This is the kind of management you have at your company? I won't be returning.

I was really disappointed with this location. They didn’t have any steak, and they were running low on several other items. The long line made it clear they should have been prepared with more food. During our last two visits, they also forgot our chips, and we had to return to the restaurant after settling at home to pick them up. We’ve been craving Chipotle for a few days, but when they were low on supplies, they rushed through orders and kept mentioning that it was almost closing time. However, they weren’t closed yet, so they should ensure their customers are happy until they actually lock the doors. Additionally, my husband didn’t ask for lettuce on his burrito, but they added it anyway.

I placed an order for delivery through my chipotle app, got a notification saying my order has been delivered, after waiting an extra 10 minutes and no food i went to the chipotle restaurant and spoke to the manager and was able to get my order replaced! Even though it was an inconvenience for my order to not get delivered and lost i was thankful to the manager for replacing my order within 5 minutes of me being there! appreciate the staff and location!
