In the same queue you get a plate, weigh the food and pay, in other words, the food is already cold just by having to stand in the single queue to weigh it. The barbecue arrives on a tray that sits on the counter. The employee who weighs and receives the money had to stop working to wash dishes and cutlery. Urgently need a professional manager as the place is reasonably beautiful and the food is good.
