El Rancho Mexican - Paradise

I recently stopped by for lunch and was genuinely impressed by how great this restaurant is. The atmosphere is straightforward, but the food definitely makes up for it. I ordered the shrimp in diablo sauce, and it was fresh and flavorful. The rice and beans were also tasty. The owners are friendly and accommodating; I have some dietary restrictions, and they gladly informed me about which dishes were suitable for me. It can be a bit tricky to find, as it’s located next to Rite Aid, but it's absolutely worth the effort to locate.

The restaurant is no longer in operation. I visited when it first opened, and I found the food quality to be lacking and the prices too high. I've heard that it changed ownership before shutting down.

The waitstaff was extremely friendly, which was really the only highlight of my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland and felt like standard Americanized dishes. However, I may be comparing it to the excellent Mexican cuisine available in other places nearby.

I love this place. Food is good and service is always friendly and fast. I really like the chili verde burrito if I am in the mood for a hearty meal. Carnitas is yummy too. If I am looking for lighter fare the tostada does the trick. Tortilla chips are crisp and fresh. They have a hotter green salsa if you like it a bit spicier. Just have to ask. They recently opened for breakfast so have to give it a try soon. Family atmosphere always clean.
