Corte Ricci - PARABITA

Place is very nice, both the indoor and outdoor facilities. Food is very well prepared and presented and fish is very fresh. The only thing to improve maybe is the wine list which should have more local options. The service is attentive and polite on top of being friendly.

In the center of Parabita, a few km from Gallipoli, hosted in a small square adjacent to the restaurant, we dined at Corte Ricci. What strikes you at first glance is the welcoming atmosphere of the place and the impeccableness of the discreet welcome we received. As for the food. Fresh fish (the purple shrimp tartare from Gallipoli is excellent , first courses (tagliolini with seafood and golden and crunchy frying. On desserts (5-6€ a particular mention to the panna cotta (not plasticky served with artisan jams of figs or citrus fruits. Liquor offered at the end. Cost in line with what was eaten. Certainly recommended. Well done
