Wahlburgers Hy-vee - Papillion

Family and I went here a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time at a Wahlburgers, and I really enjoyed it. We all got burgers of different kinds, it was a pretty good burger as far as chains go. I was blown away by the sweet potato tots?I kind of have craved them ever since. We also greatly appreciated the special of kids eating for free with adult meal. Probably the biggest benefit that took this from a four star to a five star is the friendly help. I don't remember the gal's name, but she was extremely patient with our kids choosing through the menu and really helpful in helping us determine what we wanted.

The food was good but nothing really stood out. We came here for dinner on the late evening and wanted to give this place a shot. We have never eaten at Wahlburgers and I?ve always heard about the popularity of the franchise. The food was real good the portion sizes were fine and everything seem to be cooked fresh to order. The only negative thing I have to say about this place were the prices. I really didn?t feel that the pricing was justified by the quantity or the quality of the food. Again don?t get me wrong the food was good but for the prices that you pay it?s definitely hard to return. The facility was clean and the staff was real nice. Overall I would return here, but I would have to really be hungry and really do it out of convenience.

I really wish Hyvee would have kept the breakfast buffet. I tried the wahlburgers. The customer service was not friendly or attentive. The burger was tiny and bland even with ketchup and mustard. The fries were okay I guess but definitely a rip off like the rest of the meal. I do not reccomend this place whatsoever. You'd be better off going anywhere else for a hamburger.

We wanted to try the place. I thought they had opened long enough to work out the bugs. like several other posting we waited 45 minutes for our eating. After eating my food, I went ill. we got a menu to try it again. we went back a week or so later. we ordered again, and it was again waiting 1/2 hour. the food came under boiled. I could only eat half my meal. later on the day I became extremely sick of what I was told was food poisoning. after a 3 hour visit in which he would not eat my dogs there. Stay away.

Not great. Salad had a weird taste and wasn't cold. Fruit that the kids got with their meals was canned fruit. Bits of black floaty junk was in my diet pepis. Will not return. Hyvee market grill was much better.
