Smoothie King - Papillion

Website says business closes at 9pm, I went inside at 8:35 and was told they were closed. I find that funny because the door was unlocked and website hours says otherwise.

My friend and I arrived at 8:35pm and as we entered the establishment the workers stated that they were closed. Although the sign in the front as well as online said that they were open till 9pm. If the signs are incorrect they need to be updated. The door was also unlocked, if they were closed shouldn't they lock the doors for safety reasons.... Very unprofessional!

It's rather unfortunate when the store is empty and you can't even be acknowledged.

This particular Smoothie King somehow gets the perfect consistency everytime!

Total shout to the staff working Smoothie King today! I don’t know his name, but I came in and ordered two drinks. Unfortunately I had to come back to have a drink remade, due to my own negligence and spilling one of the drinks on the hood of my car. They totally remade the drink for me and didn’t charge me for it, even though it was totally my own fault. Thank you so much! That small (but also big) gesture made my day!!
