Scooter's Coffee - Papillion

This is, without a doubt, the best location I have ever visited. The staff here is incredibly friendly. I went today and, unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the employee, but the wonderful lady with blue hair was exceptionally kind. I highly recommend visiting this location!

This is my favorite spot for smoothies and coffee. Everything is delicious!

This restaurant would have received a better review, but it often doesn’t open on time in the morning. It’s supposed to open at 5:30, but it has frequently been closed when I try to go before work.

Awesome place. I am out of town for work. It's nice to see a friendly smile and positive attitude from staff. Good place to unwind and not be bothered.

Loyal scooters customer here, so it pains me not to give 5 stars. But this location was one of my favorites and now I don?t plan on returning. The service has really gone downhill. The last couple of times I?ve gone there they have messed up my drinkorders in the drive thru, so I have to park and go inside to have them re-made. Not sure if it?s just new employees, lack oftraining, perhaps they think they?ve memorized recipes but they really haven?t..not sure. But what it seems like anytime I?vebeen there recently is that the employees are young, distracted and unmotivated. The lack of professionalism is apparent. No oneever apologizes for the inconvenience they?ve caused. I?ve seen them messing around on their phones and laughing while makingdrinks. This last visit, I was waiting next to 2 other customers who also had messed up drinks. The communication fromemployees was awful. No one acknowledged any of us until we demanded it. Then the employees began blaming each other, nonetaking responsibility for the errors. And even then they were treating us like WE were the problem. Not that they just messed upour $7 coffees. They should be careful too, because some people have sensitivities and certain diets, so messing up drinkcustomizations can be pretty bad for some people. Just an overall mess in there, and I hope it improves.
