The milk cake made by alfina, the owner of vegan desserts, by bird looks like a classic version, but the taste is really different. Vegan version is more sensitive, light and tasty. looks like it's an air cloud with chocolate glaze. And it's good with hearty biscuit bottom, baked with mandel flour. the cake base has airy soft texture and very nice nutty aroma. highly recommended.
