The owner and his lady cook delicious local dishes in the house. I had lunch with my family, I was brought a menu of the day, a full menu and the owner also proposed foods he had received that morning: mozzarella vaccination, buffalo and burrata. I would have taken everything but my choice fell on the roasted calf with aromas. My wife took a slice of simple meat and my children pasta with tomato (not sauce). Then we took a portion of parmigiana and finally, after tasting my calf, my children wanted a portion to share. Never eaten veal meat so good. We also took the sweet and the account was very honest. He also wants to spend a few words on the garb and the professionalism of the owner but, above all, on how you love his work, which you understand from how he presents his products.
