Pho Hoche - Pantin

First visit here and I start with a Loc Lac, a dish that I really like but with very variable quality depending on the restaurant. The meat was too fibrous, some pieces took a long time to chew while others were super tender. Maybe too fatty, I had trouble digesting it... The rice lacked flavor and the onions and tomatoes were missing alongside the cucumbers. Overall it's not bad! I will come back to try other dishes, the Pad Thai and the fried noodles are in my sights!

I know this establishment well and we have always been very satisfied, in fact I recommend it to all my friends and relatives. You can trust me. Yours truly.

The rice lacked taste and lacked onions and tomatoes next to cucumbers. Overall it's not bad! I'll come back to test other dishes, the Thai Pad and the jumped noodles are in my viewfinder!
