Pantego Bay

First time here, came with a Groupon. So glad I did. Hubby had crawfish etouffee and I had the redfish blackened. Had corn on the cob, roasted red potatoes and red beans and rice as sides. Everything was great but the best part was the jalapeño hush puppies and the service. And just found out they have live music on Wednesday nights. Prices are extremely reasonable. Not many places you can get a full meal with fresh Texas Redfish for $17.99. We will definitely be back.

We were a little worried based on the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The service was great.. our server was really sweet and fast and attentive.. I also noticed the other server being very accommodating to a picky customer with no hint of impatience. My tip on the food would be to stick to whatever is fried. They have a really delicious breading we think it was potato crusted and both our fried dishes were excellent. I had the butterfly shrimp dinner and my fiancé had fish tacos the grilled taco wasn't as good as the fried. They have good slaw, beans, and the okra was tasty too. They also bring you a little bowl of hushpuppies as a complimentary appetizer.. I thought everything was quite good. It also appears they have a little bar on the other side of the restaurant, which I think would be fun to check out. Don't be afraid to give this place a try!

Came here a few years ago my hubs loved their clam chowder. Very different from the typical. Decided to eat here again I guess owners changed, but chowder is still good. My crab patties came out a little cold but at least they tasted good. Cole slaw was missing something..not enough flavor but I liked the creaminess. My daughter liked her burger. 3 stars bc the same thing happened to us when we walked in that happened a few years ago on our first visit. You don't get greeted right away you're halfway thinking, do I seat myself? They need to get a bell that dings to the kitchen bar area (bc there was a chick on her phone at the bar when we peeked around the corner) to let ppl know there are patrons.

The Stuff shrimp is great!!!! They are larger size than I normally get at other places. The customer service is great as well. Definitely going back to this place to try more of their menu.

Give this place another chance; I think you'll find great food, reasonable price, excellent margaritas, all of which can be enjoyed on the party porch!! A great place to meet family and friends.
