Superb experience at this hotel. The best staff! Really stylish rooms and common area. You have great pool, good food at the restaurant and comfy rooms. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff are very accommodating. They have house rules that are pro-customers. Their in-house kitchen offee hot meals but would also allow you to order from other restaurants without corkages. The place is definitely aesthetic. The interiors scream Bali. The swimming pool is nice. They have hydrospa and jacuzzi. We only really enjoyed the jacuzzi. We also appreciate how the pool has the right balance of shallow and depth. However, the swimming pool facility is already showing age. Would be best if they replace it. The room is quite spacious. We appreciate how we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance when we stepped inside. We were just disappointed how the bed sheets were filled with stains. But the bed itself is comfy. Another complaint is how the walls lack soundproof. I can clearly hear the people outside and from the next room. We have to whisper just to have our private conversation. Worrying the other room will hear us. Also it is quite annoying when you want to sleep in peace. The shower and toilet is so-so. The road going to Samadhi is bumpy and uneven. Worst for when it is raining. But not really a big issue if you’re not fussy. Overall, the experience is just okay. Would only go back for the pool, maybe. Me and my partner also disliked the fact that while the lady at the reception was patiently reading out to us the rules and regulation, her partner spoke to her saying how they shouldn’t read it out to us. That we (customers) are capable of reading it. While it is true that we are able, I think it counts as hospitality to interact with your customers. It would also be best if they have a discussion about their suggestions in private. It was quite disrespectful.
