Dave's All Vegan - Panamint Springs

Had the food at Rambling Peaks Festival and the yam torta was BOMB, I expect everything else is amazing based on how well the yam torta was. The side was a slice of watermelon with tajin and a sort of corn and beans salad if I remember correctly. I love when a vegan meal is well balanced in flavor and nutrition. Love to see more vegan food around bishop!

Have been out of the area for quite some time traveling but made it back to Bishop to find them serving at a Christmas market this past weekend. They did not disappoint! We loved the pozole, ice cream and took home a loaf of their homemade pumpkin bread. Delicious!

From this small canary yellow truck comes some seriously big vegan flavor. Also available for professional catering of events and parties the extremely talented chef has a myriad of options that I have seen range from silky smooth ramen to mouth watering tamales. Service is fast and friendly so if you are traveling through the area and are lucky enough to see the daves all vegan logo make sure to stop by because its not just all vegan, its all good.

This is my favorite summer treat! If you haven't tried Dave's food truck at the farmers market on Thursday nights, you are missing out! From his tasty mushroom burger, awesome sweet potato fries to his marinated tofu sandwich you will never be dissatisfied. Tonight I had a summer salad with peaches, basil, arugula, watermelon and pepitas. The dressing was super tasty. Give Dave a try!
