Waffle House - Panama City

Probably one of the worst waffle houses that I've been to and I've been to alot of them. Waitress was so busy talking to the manager about thier personal lives and thier kids and moving together that when we asked for a spoon she gave us a dirty spoonthat she wiped off with a napkin. Waffle house is notoriously famous for consistently refilling your coffee and or drink. Butwhen I asked for a refill 3 times she finally gave us one and then charged me for it. The cook left his station and went outsidebecause he was mad leaving the older gentleman to cook and pick up his slack kudos to him for jumping in and making it happen,meanwhile the manager continued to talk about her personal life and allowed the cook to abandon his station. By far one of theworst waffle houses I've visited.

They still take to go orders!! They answered the phone happily, VERY kind in person. Had my food ready in literally no time! This pregnant woman woman thanks you!

WH is an American classic and this location retained the national brand well. I stopped in at 2:30am and the food was completely on point. The service was simple and polite.

So my husband called in a order to be picked up. When he came home with it both of our hashbrowns was made wrong and we were missing things we paid for. I called and they told us to come pick up the refund. My husband got there to get the refund and themanager was rude and making snide comments under his breath. Will never order from this location again. Horrible service
