Went in today and normally I have a hood experience but today was not like that. The man making my sandwich was not listening to me. He was on the phone with someone the whole time. Was making my sandwich sloppy. Didn't ask if I wanted chips or drinks. It was just an overall bad experience when it's normally not like that. It was just the big guy that was back there.

Me and my wife experience trying to order sandwicyes were told that they did not have Southwest sauce and never even call the manager the next day Got no results from the manager
The light for drive thru is always on but no one ever answers. No sign stating that drive though doesn't work
