FINNS never misses! Came here both times we have come to PCB and it's been amazing! Tried the breakfast this time and along with their lunch was some of the best fresh tasting food we've had. Can't recommend them enough. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Chilly day on the beach but still worth a stop at Finns. Special of the day is scallop ceviche. Also got the fish tacos. Ceviche is premade but fresh and with plenty of cilantro, my fave spice. Fish tacos look and taste awesome as well. Corn tortillas of course. Fish is fresh too. Wash it down with unsweetened tea and it's a relatively carb free lunch. Outdoor seating and I actually like an overcast sky for a change at the beach. J
