Dunkin' - Panama City

Very busy this morning and the cashier was still extremely pleasant and didn't seem to be rushing us away.

I just came to this store and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. I asked about donuts. And the drive thru guy sighed largerly and sounded completely annoyed by my question. And said ?we don?t even have donuts or a menu out there? this is DunkinDONUTS! I said hm ok it says donuts right there and he said ?ok so what do you want? in a extremely aggressive tone, i respondednever mind. And drove away without ordering. At that point I didn?t feel comfortable with person handling my food or creditcard. Absolutely will never go back again, I wondered why this dunkin is always not busy well? got my answer. Someone with aattitude like that does not need to be in customer service.

I went to the one right by Crackle Barell 23rd Street and they?re actually really good and almost gave up on Dunkins

This is the main location I use and after this morning we will not be returning the gentleman that brought me my food was very rude and rushed me I told him we were missing donuts and he brought out a bag of smashed donuts I will not be returning

RUDE people working there this morning! A middle aged man that should know better and a young female. First of all they don't acknowledge customers that come in. My mom didn't know if they saw us so she rang the bell for service. Immediately after thegirl says very loudly to the guy that she told us.... something. If she said anything to us we sure didn't hear. She mumbledsomething while he had was in the ice cream thing not looking at us once. Her and the guy start complaining to each other aboutus very loudly. Very poor customer service.
