Sunday 17. July I brought my daughter to the DQ. We ordered a 3pc delicate food with a strawberry sun gear. A 4pc bbq stripe basket with a girl scout thin mint blizzard. Our food was under the heat lights for 10 minutes. My daughter had to eat her melting blizzard at the counter. They apologised and said they'd give the food back. The food was restored and we were on the way. When we got back into the car, I checked the food. I went back and the manager of all ppl said I didn't pay for bbq. I showed my reception and she restored the food and added bbq very sarcastically. There was enough bbq for about 3 baskets. If it were possible, I would give less a star. Save your money.

Unfortunately, it's about the next place to get ice cream near my house. From the drive thru was ordered and said they would soon be with me. No one was waiting for me and almost 5 minutes was my first idea that this can't go well. Strike two came when I tried to add my reward points and was told that they could not help me because I had already paid. Okay, the lesson learned at the point. Strike three came when I was distributing a blizzard with ice and chocolate on the side of the cup. I told them I needed lid and I got a lid on my spoons. Think on the spoon over a inch thrown over the cup. She gives me the blizzards and what you know, I got chocolate on my hands because the cup was still dirty. So I drove home and now I need to clean my cup holders and steering wheel.

Disgusting. When we moved into the window, the checkout window has it back to the car munching on an ice cone, no gloves, with long ratchet nails. She takes my card on the ICE CONE. We pay, she turns around and works on our order without washing hands or tightening gloves after eating her cone. Then she eats her cone while we wait for the food. Once the food is ready, she puts her cone down and gives us no hand washing or glove again, only her bad fake nails and ice fingers. Increase your standards.

Worst DQ experience ever. Clueless workers and paid almost $30 for burgers from the microwave! Bun was so hard it had to be thrown away. Ordered the Smores Shake and got a chocolate shake. What a waste of Time and Money .
