Capt. Jack's Family Buffet Front Beach

Possibly the worst crab legs I have ever eaten. They were cold off the buffet. Great waiter went and brought us hot crab legs but they weren't cooked properly or something. Out of about 5 claws only had one piece of solid meat. I am usually pretty good at cracking legs. The rest of the buffet looked like it had been sitting there all day. Wasn't worth $19.95 each for the two plates much less $59.95 per plate. Walked out hungry. Hopefully the Capt jacks on Thomas is better where we usually eat at least once each trip. Want try Front beach ever again.

It was super expensive for what they offer. The staff was cleaning to leave while we ate....they didnt close for another hour. They were spraying cleaners on the buffet and telling us to go ahead and get food. If they need to leave that early, just close sooner. $70 for a buffet and crab legs....the buffet was at best 10 dishes all either over cooked or start with or been under a heat lamp. The wait staff was very nice but it still didn't matter because the food is bad. I've paid that much for a seafood buffet before...with lots of options not 10 gross dishes. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Food was cold, breading on the fish and shrimp was soggy. $40 a person for not good food. Won’t be back! Had an empty drink the whole meal. Steak was dry. Food had a horrible taste! Would never recommend this place. Better off eating anywhere but here..

I was there at 3:30 when it broke up. everything was nice and fresh my first little sample passed through the buffet almost filled me up yet I went back for more I had no chance to taste it all, but all I tasted was great

I have been on the pcb many times, but this was our first trip to capt jack’s. the breakfast buffet was very delicious and had a lot to offer.
