Hooters - Panama City Beach

September 22: Today wasn't an eventful day at Hooters. I ordered my usual 10 original wings (all drums), fries with cheese, and a Bud Light. My waitress, Casey, was friendly and attentive. She took my drink order and had it at my table in just two minutes. However, once I placed my food order, time seemed to stand still. It took almost an hour for my food to arrive, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. Casey checked on me several times to see if I needed anything and to update me on the status of my meal. Fortunately, I wasn’t in a hurry today, so I didn’t mind the wait. I do feel for servers in these situations, as they have to deal with hungry customers and explain the long wait times. When Casey finally brought out the food, it was decent. The wings were good, and the cheese wasn’t as watery as it sometimes is here. However, the wings looked unusually dark, which made me a bit skeptical and nervous about trying them. But I was starving, so I decided to take the plunge. To my surprise, they tasted fine, and I ended up eating them all. Overall, I would give this visit 2.5 stars due to the extraordinarily long wait and the odd appearance of the wings. Casey’s excellent service saved the day for the restaurant. I hope my next visit is better than today. June 20: I ordered 10 original baked wings (all drums), 10 boneless wings, and a side of fries with cheese sauce. The bone-in wings seemed very overcooked, as did the boneless ones. The fries were not the typical curly kind, just regular straight fries. However, the cheese sauce was quite good and not watery. This place often has inconsistent food quality. Sometimes the food is spot-on, while other times it’s quite terrible. My recent visit was pretty decent. The wings were fresh and flavorful. During my previous visits, the cheese sauce for the fries had been watery, so it was a nice change. The servers were also very friendly.

Bella was our waitress, and she did an outstanding job despite the stressful night we had with demanding customers on either side of us. She remained calm and attentive, providing excellent service to everyone. We really appreciated her efforts!

The worst place to eat I ordered boneless chicken wings they gave us chicken slices not wings and the pommes were very bad my kids did not eat them too I had a fish toco it was good but they have me more of the menu price was $10.99 they charged me $16.99 when I asked the manager said that is the Hooter price we can not control the website we have our own prices. You're cheating tourists who aren't nice.

The worst place to eat. We ordered chicken wings that have chicken breast plates and they accused me more. I wish I could give them zero stars.

The servers were extremely friendly. There was a 15 minute wait but no biggie. Our table was very well cared for with so many special requests. I had there chicken salad and I promise it was the freshest salad I ever ate! Lettuce was nicely chilled and crisp. Croutons were crunchy and not stale. The fried chicken chunks in the salad were cooked to perfection. I'm sooo going back. Nice job hooters of Panama City Beach FL! I'm very glad we made you part of our spring break
