The drive-thru experience was frustrating, taking 20 minutes, and they had to pull cars forward to wait for their food, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. When I finally received my order, I noticed there was no ketchup in the bag. I went inside to ask for some, but there was no one at the counter to help me. I stood there waiting while everyone seemed too busy to assist, despite there only being two cars in the drive-thru at that time. The customer service at this place is really disappointing. Every night I go in this location and get ice cream the staff is ALWAYS SO KIND! It's sad we live in a world so full of hate ,but the staff here are above and beyond, there's one guy in there and he served me every time I have went in and always gives me discounts and is always so nice !
