Frida Food Lounge - Panama

Had my birthday party here in 2020 and honestly some servers were kinda rude, there was one guy who was very nice and made sure all guests were satisfied. Very pretty restaurant but the food can improve.

The only reason they get 3 stars is because of the decor. I got pretty pictures but that's about it. Food was eh, service was horrible from the hostess who was also our server. We were the only people there yet could not get her attention. Drinks were OK price is way too much for the quality food and lack of taste. We wanted to take a dish to-go for someone at home and I had the time to go a nearby restaurant order get my food and come back before our server came to give us the check. Just go in to take a picture but dont waste your money here

We are Tourists from Germany and used our oferta simple Vouchers for this place. The place is just weird. The water tasted moldy and like chlorine. After I asked, they told me, they use unfiltered tap water. Is that a smart idea? The Pecana was so tough, we couldn't it... I think. Im still chewing on that one piece I had. The pineapple served chicken dish has no pineapple inside... Funny, i ask myself, what happened to the pineapple, when you serve it in a pineapple?! At 22.45 the staff is taking big amounts if trash bags out and clear the room ...and even we still wanted to eat something, the chef left at 11pm... The waitresses just chat and are occupied with their cell phones... Guests are secondary... A very Bad experience... I hope never again!

The service was ok, but the the price quality is way off. It looks pretty, but very underwhelming. Ordered nachos and got about 60 store bough bland nachos with topping to barely cover eating 10 of them

The food looked good so we went for the first time. Place is nice however, the attention is awful. The hostess was rude from the moment we arrived. All she did was tell us to have a seat. There was no one else in the restaurant, but she didn't have the courtesy to even offer us water or tell us how to view the menu. So we got up and left. Won't waste our time with rude people. If this place goes under it's because of their service.
