Subway - Panaji

Subway is one of my favourite places to go to for a quick, healthy and wholesome bite. This particular one is located on the banks of the Mandovi and has a lovely view if one is so inclined. The service is friendly and quick. It was nice to see that the server remembered not just my nephew's face after a full year, but also remembered he liked BBQ sauce topping!

Horrific experience. Spoilt my entire evening. Asked for sub of the day which was hara bhara, got some corn and peas which was cold and the guy blamed me...that I ordered this and now I gotta eat it, no option. Rude and argumentative staff. Not having rest rooms is understandable but not having a wash basin is pure disregard for your customers not mention bad hygiene. We went with sticky hands to the nearest petrol pump begging to allow them to wash.... It was a painful visit. Boycott them. Hope you close down soon.

Edit: Not all sauces are veg. The Mayo that they use has eggs in it and yet they happily put it in infront of you in the Sub. I've eaten here 3-4 times so far and not a single person has told me about this. I thought all the sauces they use would be veg since they're giving out the subs as veg. Earlier had given this a 4 star rating. Now bringing it down to 1 because of this reason. I'm a pure vegetarian so you can imagine my reaction on knowing this. Worst thing is, I can't eat at any Subway ever again now.. Earlier review: Good staff, great options for both veg and non veg people and ample of space to sit on a normal day. Do try the sub of the day or meal of the day since it is cheaper. You have a lot of options for bread,sauces and can even customize your sub according to your needs. Although I do not recommend taking any beverages there since it'll cost you more than twice, but the subs are definitely worth the money. It is most suitable for a snack but i wouldn't recommend for lunch or dinner since your hunger might not be satisfied.

Really this fast food is great. The subs are fresh, sinful and tasty. Has a great experience, they make the bottoms before you and you also choose what kind of bread you want. Staff is good, they are friendly. Must make a visit. I'll visit it again.

Fast service, very fresh vegetables and bread, delicious cookies, they also have hot drinks. Vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available. Check the part of the day to enjoy the discount offer. The shop is small but cute and with the beautiful view.
