It was a great experience i would say buh may be the lack of snacks kept me from giving it a 5 there was a pizza offered buh it lacked topping, sauce and punch. The white wine with food went beautifully. Amazing staff i would say. The biryani was amazing. The security at the entrance of the hotel i.e the ones who check our mobiles and stuff kept staring at the woman with me which was disturbing . Overall had a great time no doubt.
Had buffet dinner which was really disappointing Starters seemed to taste like frozen stuff Buffet salads deserts were most of d time empty V unhappy
Tried calling their listed contact number to reserve a table for lunch on New Year Day. The lady at the desk kept transferring me to an extension even before I could finish speaking; with no one answering the extension. Requested the lady for a call back but never got one. Finally took my family to another place.
Surreal food experience in Latitude, the continental cuisine at the restaurant Vivanta of Taj in Panaji. We ordered for the green pea soup with mint foam, the grilled chicken with brown sauce and shrimp saffron rissoto. Not only was the service inconspicuous and sharp, the food was tasteful and in generous amounts. The soup was refreshing and revitalized our palate on the warm summer afternoon with a bit of ping through the mint foam. Vivanta offers a bread roll basket to add its soups and the rolls were fluffy and fresh. The chicken, first dish on our main course, was grilled to pink juicy perfection. It was covered in a tantalizing brown sauce and was accompanied by a bunch of sown veggie bites. Needless to say that Latitude does not pamper his chickens. We finished our meal with the rissoto, because we honestly couldn't eat anymore. And the Risotto was indeed pièce de Resistance. The safron tones and the tenderly lit shrimp culminated in our bliss. A beautiful experience and we will return for more
