Sonic Drive-in - Pampa

I ordered a blast today and it was really good at first when I started eating it. I got almost half way down and it was just vanilla ice cream. It wasn't mixed all the way. I feel like at almost $6, it should be made correctly and be mixed all the way through. I didn't want vanilla ice cream, I could have just went to mcds and got a $1 cone id I just wanted some vanilla ice cream. This is not the first time this has happened, the last time I ordered a m&m blast. They were very stingy with the m&ms to begin with and also about half way down it was just plain ice cream, no m&ms in the bottom half at all. At the prices they charge , they need to take the time to mix them correctly!

This sonic is always a hit for the cranberry limeade. Great service with friendly staff.

Took 15 minutes for food that was cold and missing a sandwich worst food I've ever

So I'm writing this review in frustration. In the past I've had issues here and not said anything but tonight puts a pin in it. In the past, I've ordered the chicken finger meal and the gravy was pretty much water. The consistency was water. Sure, it looked like gravy, white with pepper, but it was water thin.Tonight, I ordered an Oreo blast. I sat outside waiting for about 10 min. I had to press the button to ask where it was before they would deliver it.Once delivered, I noticed it was very black under the lid. I opened it to find a handful of oreos tossed on top of a cup full of ice cream. It wasn't mixed at all whatsoever.So I've marched back to find out why this is the case.... they say they'll correct it, but here I've sat for another 5 minutes. The staff seems to be made entirely of teenagers, which is fine, but they're glued to their phones and too busy horseplaying. This could explain the delay.It's pretty disappointing, to say the least.They finally brought the replacement, and it was done correctly. I won't be back.

Went the Sonic in Pampa Sunday evening. It was very busy. I tried to order thru the kiosk, but the young lady who took the order either couldn't hear or didn't care. She took part of my order, gave me a total, and clicked off. She didn't let me finish.So, I drove away and placed my order online. When I placed the order and went to a Stahl. When I checked in, it said my food would arrive in 5-7 months. I waited 20 minutes and my food was all cold. This isn't the first time I have had problems here. It is a shame nobody cares about the customers.
