Then my friend invited me to Hong Min, where I bite her Lemon Chicken, and I was addicted. Lemon Chicken, massive Chicken Pot Sticker, savory Curry Puffs...Come on, the Shrimp Fried Rice could also be called Rice Fried Shrimp because it is packed with baby shrimp. Good. Both the pan roasted noodle chicken and beef chow My are amazing. I thought I would. No. Love it. The Chow of Mine can sometimes become a bit greasy/oily. But it doesn't affect the taste. The sweet sour Fried Scallops Scallops my husband had steamed quite fast so that the bread got soggy, but it did not ruin the meal. He loved these scallops! Oh and the theme Sweet Sour, the house made Sweet Sour Sauce? There's nothing better than that sweet peach-pee-pee-pee-groom. OMG. It should be in the shops....We've been here dozens of times and we'll be back. When I took the food, Amy was so sweet and friendly to me. I made a new friend! She let me take pictures of the Origami cranes that make her niece, a teacher. She even gave me something because it was my birthday. Thanks for *everything* Amy! *Lord to the wise, if you order Lemon Chicken, consider it with the sauce on the side. It takes longer if you do not finish your meal, the chicken remains crispy(ish), and does not get muddy overnight. Just a thought. Therefore, the picture shows a spoon-drizzling sauce on the chicken. I always get it on the side. Enjoy!
I always loved this place as it was introduced to me in early 2000. Their original restaurant was in the Chinese city of Chicago, and after it was burned down, they opened again in Palos Hills. I missed her delicious food, and I've longed it every day. I finally had the chance to visit Illinois and visit Hong Ming. Loved her Mongolian beef with Chow Fung noodles. Her fried rice is amazing and her free hot tea is always a victory! I would recommend this restaurant if you love authentic Chinese food. I'm telling you, this place is not the same!
In my opinion, as a child, I find this food delicious. The orange chicken is really good. The egg rolls are beautiful and warm. F
Been going here for years. You have to try the Lemon Chicken!
I've had their food three times and it's delicious. Good all three times but I think I've had my share of not going out/or getting food on holidays! We ordered; they told us 30 minutes...we waited an hour and twenty!!
