Mcdonald's - Palos Heights

I really appreciate the staff in this industry; they are exceptionally skilled and resourceful in delivering excellent customer service. In particular, Elisabeth stands out—she always seems to know everything and truly understands her job. She really embodies what excellent service is all about!

This McDonald's used to be great, but things have changed since they hired younger employees who aren't receiving proper training. One time, I ordered a McDouble, and when I got home and opened it, I found there were no beef patties on it—I should have received two. I called to speak with the manager, who apologized and explained that the grill worker was new. However, it shouldn't be that no one checks to ensure the food is prepared correctly. Additionally, the fries were cold, and the drinks overflowed, making a mess everywhere. I really hope they start addressing these issues, or we may have to stop going there!
