Great American Bagel - Palos Heights

I purchased (and was charged for) a $25 gift card as a gift for a family member's birthday. When they attempted to redeem it, their transaction was declined. It's humiliating to give someone a gift that turns out to be worth nothing. Unacceptable behavior from a business.

Not only is all the food delicious at Great American Bagel in Palos Heights, the staff and owners are wonderful. They remember your name, orders, etc. You are greeted with a smile and positive energy every time. The bagels are the best around and so are the people!!!
