El Diablo - Palolem

This is a western-style cocktail bar, complete with an outdoor cinema, created by Simon, who is English. He has put a lot of thought into crafting unique vegan options that you won't find anywhere else in India. I tried the Hurst roll, which was very authentic, and he also offers vegan versions of both international and Indian dishes featuring tofu, sides, and mock meats. The cocktails are of high quality and comparable to those you'd find in England.
