Cole's Hearth Room - PALMYRA

We visited on a Monday evening. The waitstaff looked great in their uniforms and were all wearing masks. We chose to sit outside, where there is covered seating. And the food? What a delightful surprise! Both of our entrees—salmon with a bourbon glaze topped with fried collard greens and chicken Marsala—were outstanding. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and they offered a good selection of wines and cocktails. We even met some fellow diners on the veranda who shared our enthusiasm. On our way back to the car, we introduced ourselves to the owners, Coltin and Deirdra, who were simply charming. The experience at Cole's Hearth Room is well worth a short trip for anyone seeking fine dining.

They were incredible in how well they communicated with us, hosted our large group, and provided service. I highly recommend them, and to top it all off, the food was AMAZING!

The food was fantastic! Every dish served to our large group was excellent. We enjoyed great service in a welcoming atmosphere.

We are from saint charles, and traveled all the way here just for this food. Our server was knowledgeable and she recommended both my drink and my entree. Please give it a shot if you are within 50+ miles and got a bit to spare

Who would guess you would find a hidden gem off the beaten track. Approx 15 min from quincy. Beautiful old building , great food, pleasant service. Was very busy when we went late Wednesday night so strongly recommend reservation. The cocktails were great and the food menu was amazing. So many great options to pick from. The grilled shrimp cocktail and chicken piccata twist was A+.
