Pizza Hut - Palmetto

I just moved to the area and made the dreaded first call for delivery in a new place lol. I have always been in areas with terrible pizza hut locations so when I called and my pizza didn’t show up in over a hour I thought “here we go again” so I call and turns out my number was Different On file and when they tried to call they couldn’t get through. I have construction going on in my duplex and a worker told them no one lives here ? they (for no extra charge) came back out to give me my food and these two girls were literally the nicest ladies I have ever met at a Pizza Hut! So glad to finally have good Pizza Hut service ?

The Pizza Hut company had sent me a free Pizza coupon on September 7th 2021 it already expired September 2020. The humiliation of that when I was trying to get a pizza! Horrible customer service. Fernando the manager does not represent Pizza Hut on a professional level, rude, and belittling to customers. We will never eat at this chain again.

Absolutely terrible pizza. This is the third time I 've given this location a chance and they 've failed miserably all three times. First of all they 're incapable of getting you your entire order for the third time in a row. Second of all the pizza is poorly made with toppings on the pizza not evenly disbursed amongst the entire pizza. Meaning that you 'll get slices of pie with not a single topping that was ordered on the entire pizza. Pizza was burnt and the sauce and cheese isn 't spread to the outside of the pizza. Meaning that the pizza has about 3 inches of crust. Just spent $50+ dollars for pizza that was terrible and not worth the nearly 2 hour wait. Once I called and spoke with the manager or the leader of the morons making the half asked pizza I stated that they forgot part of our order his response was we could get it out to you in an hour and a half or just credit it to your account no apology or care that we 've ordered and paid for everything and only received part of our order. All I can say is that this is the absolute worst pizza place in the area. Save your time and money. There are plenty of other options in our area. Sad as Pizza Hut once was a favorite for our family.

I'm a teacher in Manatee County and I needed Pizza boxes for a project at my school. Another local pizza place would not give me boxes. Pizza Hut Gabe me the boxes and were friendly and courteous. They have great pizza, too.
