Mcdonald's - Palmetto

The dining experience was a bit disorganized. It may have been due to how busy the restaurant was. Also, be cautious with the mayo as it was quite thick.

The staff at this McDonald's location is incredibly friendly and consistently skilled at their work. I deducted one star for the coffee cup lid, as it tends to leak every time I use it, causing me to always need a napkin on hand while drinking from the cup.

This McDonald's location is always bustling with customers, but every time I visit, my experience is thoroughly satisfying. The drive-thru service is efficient and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and error-free. I appreciate the cleanliness and safety measures in place for all customers. Thank you!

I was very fast McDonald's service, some were avg good but buy golly if you want to see the slowest service, please come here. It only took about 12-13 minutes from actually ordered to get the food on the ride thru. This does not include waiting the 10 minutes or so in line to order food, fyi it wasn't even busy just very slow?????

Placed order via mobile app at 8:54 PM. Waited 15 minutes before having to go inside to see what was going on with the food for my kids and I. When inside I was completely ignored until an employee asked if I was for the mobile pickup order . No one even asked me if I needed to order at all. They barely started preparing my order AFTER I went inside. I would 've spoken to the manager but she was the one preparing my order. No apology or courtesy to explain as to why it took at least 15 minutes to BEGIN to prepare my order. It took over 20 minutes to get my food as I did not walk out until 9:16. It was definitely not a friendly environment nor did I feel welcomed as no one even greeted me. I also feel this experience was partly due to employees not wanting to take food out to the customers. Upon reading reviews they may need to review their management.
