Arby's - Palmetto

I have ordered sandwiches from this restaurant three times recently, usually opting for a 2 for $6 Arby's sandwich and a double Arby's sandwich. Each time, I have received roast beef and cheddar sandwiches, even though I do not eat cheese and would never order that. Today, I made sure to check my order before leaving, as I had to drive back 8 miles each way last time. Additionally, their milkshake machine is always out of order, and when I do manage to get a Jamocha shake, it tastes more like a vanilla shake with barely any mocha flavor.

There was a long wait to order at the restaurant. Unfortunately, after finally receiving my order and driving away, I realized that I had been given someone else's order. The sandwich I received was covered in a messy, runny cheese that made it unappetizing. I ended up throwing it away because it was so disgusting. Furthermore, the fries I ordered were not prepared correctly. Overall, I wasted $8 on a disappointing dining experience.

I have only ever ordered takeout from this restaurant, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. That being said, I absolutely love getting food from here! Many fast food restaurants these days are not doing a good job, and I always have to double-check my orders because they are often incorrect. However, this place is different! I have visited at different times of the day, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My orders are always correct, which is a huge relief. A big thank you from me and my family!

This restaurant has recently reopened with some improvements. I arrived just after the advertised opening time of 10am and was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare my order. Another time, I tried the brisket which was not very hot. The staff was friendly, well-trained, and the location was clean and easily accessible. I have since returned and noticed an improvement in the quality of the food preparation. I hope they continue to improve as I enjoy eating at Arby's and the restaurant is conveniently located near my house.

I visited a new restaurant that had a sign on the door indicating it was only open for a limited time. I was able to place an order and received my meal promptly.
