Sir Pizza - Palmetto Bay

The pizza and service at this restaurant are excellent. Adrian, the cashier, was very polite and helped me choose a pizza when I asked for a recommendation. I loved it! The pizza was truly delicious. I will definitely return.

I've heard my colleagues rave about Sir Pizza many times, and the pizza always looks amazing. However, after ordering from there last night, I was quite disappointed. The garlic bread was hard and stale – I couldn't even eat it. We also got mozzarella sticks and a large pizza, but both items tasted far from fresh, and the cheese was of very poor quality. I usually don't leave reviews, but in the past, when I've reached out to businesses, they haven't offered any compensation. My husband and I typically finish an entire pizza and the cheese bread, but we ended up having to throw away most of the pizza, all the garlic bread, and half of the cheese sticks.

We've been loyal customers of this restaurant for years and have always loved it! However, recently, we've experienced some very rude customer service over the phone. I'm increasingly worried about the tone of the man who takes our orders. For example, during our order today, when I provided my card number, he told me it didn't go through. I gave it to him again, and he responded with an annoyed, "45 minutes?" It makes me wonder if he processed my order correctly this time, as he seemed quite rude. This has become a recurring issue.

I've been coming to this place for over three years, but this will be my last visit. Last year they hired an EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. The pizza is not worth his attitude.
