Krispy Kreme - Palmetto Bay

I visited this location and noticed they had an excellent price advertised for donut holes. However, when I ordered them, I was quoted more than double the price shown on the sign. They refused to honor the advertised price, stating they could only charge what the cash register indicated. I drove around the drive-thru again to snap a picture of the posted price, and shortly after, a woman came out and taped over the price with paper. She claimed the sign was outdated and that they would have honored the posted price if I had ordered the holes. I explained that I had indeed ordered them, but she insisted that I couldn’t have because no one had informed her. My question is, why was she outside in the pouring rain covering the price if there was nothing wrong with it? I'm glad I took a photo before she obscured it.

It's unfortunate to have been a regular customer and to just now have the manager be the one who is rude. I recognize that the speaker doesn't work that well and he couldn't hear me when I was trying to tell him that the light was out so I couldn't see what types of donuts there were. I came up to the window and was telling him he'll need to tell me what they have because I couldn't read it and his response was donuts. And that it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read it. They're often out of things so that's why you ask them what they have. I said that was a ridiculous comment and that I almost want to ask for a manager and he told me he was the manager and he didn't care.

Every time I try to visit this place for a donut, I find the front door closed—every single time! They always give me some excuse, saying they either don't have enough staff or are facing some difficulties. Even when I go through the drive-thru, I can only order glazed donuts, but that's not what I want—most people don't want just glazed donuts! I want the flavored options, but they never have any available. On top of that, the last time I ordered a box of glazed donuts, they weren't even fresh out of the oven.

The staff is short and unskilled. They bark at customers with no kindness. But, their doughnuts are very good. All they had was plain original glazed (bummer)at 8:00 PM. Open until 10:00.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Very disrespectful not even working, just talking at 1:55 pm. Said they didn?t have strawberry filled when there was a tray full. Every time I attempt to buy donuts at this location it?s always a problem. It was my understanding that donuts were freshly made there, but I guess I was wrong. Now I see why Dunkin? Donuts are surpassing Krispy. Very disappointed!!!!!
