Domino's Pizza - Palmetto Bay

The staff is very attentive, the service is outstanding, and the pizza is hot, fresh, and delicious. I had a wonderful experience here. They definitely deserve tips; while I was waiting for my pizza, I could see how dedicated they were to providing the best experience possible. A huge thank you for working during hours when most people don't want to!

Every time I visit Domino's, I am treated to perfect pizzas and exceptional service! Xiomara, Jorge, Barbara, and the entire team are consistently professional and courteous. Although there’s another Domino’s just a short walk from my house, I prefer to drive five miles to this one because I know I will always be satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Xiomara and her team. Thank you for always making me feel valued as a customer!

HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL IN BUSINESS? WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? WHY DO THESE PEOPLE WORK HERE? WHO HIRES THEM? I feel compelled to contact corporate about the issues at this franchise. The manager, staff, and drivers are all underwhelming. There's ZERO customer service! It seems like these employees have completely given up. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I've ordered for delivery, and although it shows as delivered, I never received my order! When I try to call, nobody picks up! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE! I've had to drive to the store just to get my refund! WHAT IS GOING ON?!

Messed up my order by sending the wrong pizza, called the driver letting them know they sent the wrong pizza and says they'll be back at the store in 10 minutes to get us our correct pizza. After about 40 minutes I have to drive to the store while being onhold with the store to ask about my order and ask for a refund. I get told no to a refund because just one pizza is incorrect.The driver lied and said that I had no issue with the incorrect pizza when I called. The manager Jennifer did not care that thedriver messed up my order and did not want to take any accountability.

Awful! Ordered last night and after almost 2 hours of the order the tracker was still showing ?prep??. We called the store so many times with no answer? around 11 pm we decided to drive to the store (the store was close! When online it said opened. Alsoall their lights were on as if someone was inside)?. I want my money back. Stay away from this place.
