Subway - Palmerton

Food was good. There was two young employees (high school or just out) that were very friendly and kept it fun. Very unhappy with this subways these young kids are in there goofing around and throwing onions at each other and not making online or in store orders correctly its sad no real customer service whatsoever

I ordered from them through Door Dash and we received our sub unwrapped. We called and they acknowledged it is suppose to come this way. Check out the wrapping of the sub for yourself... it came cut in half with the sub in bags not even closed or covered with the food coming out of the sub. Not sure how the Dasher even accepted this.

This is the second time my order has been incorrect. During my first experience, I was thankfully able to receive a refund. Today, I placed another order and once again, my sandwich was not right. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, but it was neither toasted nor properly cooked; the chicken and bacon were cold. Additionally, they failed to put mayonnaise on it as I requested instead of ranch. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
