The Fish N Chip Shop - Palmerston

We didn't have the chance to visit this fish and chips shop ourselves as we were on a social club outing and were at the pub next door. However, we did notice that it was very busy while we were outside.

Wow, I indulged in some fish and chips while on the road for a late lunch. The gluten-free battered fish was light, crispy, and delicious - the absolute best! The accompanying chips were cooked in a separate fryer for those with celiac disease. The fish was fresh and flavorful. Thank you! Convenient parking right outside the shop and quick takeout service.

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant were both lacking. The wait staff was not attentive and the overall ambiance was not inviting.

Great takeaway, a must stop when travelling through North Otago.
